Binkley Baptist Church is honored to be the host of many recovery and support groups for the Chapel Hill Community. We consider it part of our mission to provide a safe and welcoming space for individuals in need of support in our community.
On this page, you will find a brochure that offers a schedule of all support group meetings that take place at Binkley during the week. If you are planning to attend a meeting for the first time, we want to do everything we can to make your experience as comfortable as possible. On the back of the brochure, you will find a map of our campus to help you find your meeting.
Important information for First-Time Meeting Goers:
For the safety and security of all who use our building, all exterior doors are kept locked during non-business hours. Users of our building are instructed not to let anyone into the building who they do not recognize. Groups are encouraged to post a phone number for individuals to call who need to gain access to the building. Please see the white board near the door to find a phone number of the meeting you’re hoping to attend. If you don’t see a number posted for your meeting, we’re sorry. Try contacting the church office during business hours (9:30-3, M-F) and we’ll do everything we can to help you gain entry next time.
We understand how frustrating it can be to arrive at a meeting to find it has been moved or cancelled. To avoid this, we recommend contacting the local chapter for the meeting you wish to attend, or checking our calendar for cancellations.
