Terry Halbach as Binkley’s new Business Manager. Terry Halbach comes to Binkley with a wealth of knowledge and experience having served in similar roles in two other churches. She has also served in a variety of positions in other industries, including running her own business for a few years. Her positive attitude is contagious and she mirrors Binkley’s desire to make a difference in the lives of those she meets.
