Squids Creek Clean Up

In co-operation with the Haw River Assembly…

Where: Gather at the Cookout parking lot on Fordham and Elliot Rd

What are the Details: We’ll be working to clean up the large volume of trash that has accumulated along the banks of this small tributary of Booker Creek. Doing so will stop the journey of plastic cups, straws, eating ware, and more from making its way into Jordon Lake.

What is Needed:

• Some Gloves and litter bags will be provided
• Wear rugged clothes and shoes that can get muddy or wet
• Use work gloves, we have a limited supply
• Bring a water bottle – and snacks if you like
