Handbell Workshop

We will review basic techniques and learn a couple of pieces to be performed in the worship service the following day. No experience is necessary, and coming to the workshop does not commit you to long-term participation in the group.

Our clinician will be Nanette de Andrade, who is the handbell director for the United Church of Christ here in Chapel Hill. If you have ever heard their group play before, they are magnificent! Nan is a very talented ringer, a gifted teacher, and an enthusiastic proponent for handbells, not to mention a warmly supportive person.

Attendance is free and a light lunch will be provided.
