To cancel recurring payments you must log in to Vanco using your email address and password. Then click on Profile > Transactions. You will see the recurring payment set up under Scheduled Transactions. Click Cancel to stop the recurring payment.

To prepare for the transition to Tithely, you will need to cancel the recurring payments you have set up with Vanco.

For my recurring contribution to Binkley, I currently have my bank mail a check to the church, do I need to make any changes?
No, you do not need to make any changes. Binkley will continue to receive donations of cash and checks sent in via mail or placed in the offering plate.
Can I contact my bank to stop recurring payments to Binkley?
No, recurring ACH (bank draft) payments to Binkley are set up through our current payment processor Vanco.

How do I set up an account with Tithely?
Go to https://give.tithe.ly/signup and follow the instructions on-screen. You need an email address and/or mobile phone number to set up an account with Tithely.
Does it cost me anything to sign up to give with Tithely?
No! It costs you nothing to give to Binkley using Tithely. When you give, you have the option to cover the fees associated with your donation, should you so choose.
Does Tithely offer online help for members using TIthely to give donations to the church?
Yes! A Church Donor & Members Help Center is available and includes helpful how-to articles and videos for Tithely giving tools.
Is my Credit / Debit card and bank information secure with Tithely?
Yes! Tithely takes data and payment information security very seriously. All sensitive financial information is stored with bank-level security. All information transmitted to banking partners and on our giving site is done via an encrypted HTTPS (SSL) connection, and stored to PCI DSS Level 1 compliant standards.
How will I know when my credit, debit, or ACH are charged?
Anytime you’re charged, you will receive an email donation receipt.
How long does it take for my church to receive my gift?
It usually takes 2-3 days between the time you give and when it appears in your church’s bank account. If you’ve given through ACH (bank draft), it can take up to 10 days for the bank to process the charge.
